Small order delivery (order value up to and including £5) = £2.75
Standard delivery (order value over £5) = £3.95
FREE standard delivery on orders with an order value of over £55.00
With the exception of our Wrap Couture subscription boxes (see below for details) and other periods of annual shutdown as detailed below, we aim to despatch goods within 3 working days of receipt of order.
If for any reason (other than expected delays see below) we are unable to process your order in a timely fashion (ie unexpected illness) we would aim to contact you by your email or mobile phone number to discuss a solution ie delayed posting date or refund etc.
The exception to this is during periods of stocktaking/refurbishments and our usual festive shutdown where we will notify you of the delay but dispatch goods as soon as possible once we return to normal working patterns.
2024 dates where there will be known delays are as follows:
Warehouse refurbishment: No orders will be sent out during the dates of 19th and 25th July 2024.
Stocktaking: No orders will be sent out during the dates of 16th to 20th September 2024.
Festive Shutdown: No orders will be sent out during the dates of 16th Dec 2024 to 2nd Jan 2025)
We use either Royal Mail Second Class Post or an alternative nationally recognised *courier service for our deliveries. Depending on the method of delivery or value, we may use a ‘signed for’ or ‘tracked’ service. We will notify you once your order has been dispatched and will let you know what method of delivery to expect.
Please allow approximately 5 – 10 days for your order to arrive with you from the date of you placing it with us . It is possible it will arrive before then but cannot be guaranteed and can take longer at busier times of the year.
If your order is for a special occasion and is time bound, do tell us! We cannot guarantee a faster delivery but we’ll certainly do our best to speed it up where we can.
For customers locally to us, we can offer a ‘pick up’ service at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss whether this is available and to make any necessary arrangements prior to placing your order.
*Please note if your order is being sent by courier we will need to provide your email address or mobile number to the courier service in order that they can let you know about delivery. By purchasing from us we take this as consent that you are happy for us to provide your email address / mobile number to the courier for the purposes of this service.
We will deliver the goods purchased to an address as supplied through your payment method. Please ensure you use the same address at which your payment method is registered to, when completing the online delivery/sign up form.
We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions, unless this was caused by our negligence.
We will aim to deliver the goods by the date as quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you.
Please note that More Pretty Things is not liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery and will not accept responsibility for any delays in delivery.
Wrap Couture Club Subscription – We know how excited you’ll be to recieve your goods so we aim to deliver your products within the first week of each month of membership provided membership has been subscribed to prior to the 27th of the previous month. We cannot however foresee circumstances beyond our control ie postal strikes etc and therefore we observe the right to send out subscription products on any day during the month.
At busy times it can take goods longer to arrive but if you have not received your goods from us within 7 -10 days of placing your order do get in touch. Depending on what courier/type of service used to transport your parcel will depend on what action we will take or advise you to take. For Royal Mail deliveries please however note that we are unable to resend or refund for orders lost until 15 working days after the order sending date as Royal Mail.
We hope you’ll be delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery of goods. If you have not contacted us within 14 days of delivery of the goods, we are sorry but we are unable to offer a refund.
To request a return please contact us by emailing us at [email protected] and supplying us with your order number and details of reasons for your return.
Please do not return your item to us until you have received a reply from us.
All items being returned to us must be in their original packaging and condition, with any labels still attached and returned to us within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Return postage will be at the cost of the buyer and we recommend that you return your item using a ‘signed for’ delivery service as we do not take any responsibility for postal losses.
Any refund to you will be for the item only, we do not refund the original postage costs or any ‘gift wrapping’ service costs.
A refund will be issued once we have received and checked the return item (provided it is in accordance with the above policy).
Exclusions to the above refund policy apply in which we offer no refund. This includes: gift vouchers, our Wrap Couture Club Subscriptions and any personalised products ie ‘tea on me’ and our Mystery Wrap and Card Bundles.
We would request that you do not accept delivery of an item that looks damaged in transit. If you do receive an item that has been damaged in transit then please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receiving the item.
We carefully check all items before they are dispatched however, if you do find that an item is faulty then please notify More Pretty Things within 7 days of receipt of the item by emailing us at [email protected] .
Please do not post the item back to us until we have responded to you. Any item being returned to us should be done so as per our subsequent instructions and received by us within 30 days.
A replacement will be offered where possible or a full refund given (with the exception of our Gift Vouchers or Wrap Couture Subscriptions – these are only eligible to be replaced). All refunds will be issued to the same PayPal or Stripe account that was used to purchase the item.

All orders placed on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions. When an order is placed with More Pretty Things we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Please check this thoroughly and ensure all details are correct. Any issues should be reported immediately to prevent issues with delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, the completion of the contract between More Pretty Things and yourself takes place. We may not fulfil any obligations due to the following reasons:

Gift Vouchers can only be purchased in relation to our Gift Wrapping Workshops. They cannot be used as payment against any online purchase of goods.
